东莞居民与港澳台/华侨/外国居民结婚登记办理指南

　　东莞涉港澳台、涉华侨、涉外结婚登记须知（至少有一方为东莞市户籍居民）

　　要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。

　　结婚登记受理条件

　　（一）婚姻登记机关具有管辖权；

　　（二）男女双方完全自愿结婚；

　　（三）男年满22周岁，女年满20周岁；

　　（四）要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记；

　　（五）男女双方均无配偶（未婚、离婚、丧偶）；

　　（六）男女双方没有直系血亲或者三代以内旁系血亲关系；

　　（七）男女双方持有规定的有效身份证件、证明材料。

　　办理结婚登记应提供的材料

　　（一）双方当事人3张2寸近6个月内半身免冠合影红底彩色照片。

　　（二）有效身份证件、证明材料（原件和A4规格复印件各一份，复婚需带双方离婚证原件）。

　　 内地居民：

　　本人有效的户口簿和居民身份证（当事人为集体户口无法提供户口簿首页原件的，可以提供加盖户口簿保管单位公章的首页复印件和本人页原件）。居民身份证过期或遗失的，可凭有效临时身份证办理。

　　 香港居民：

　　1.本人有效的港澳居民来往内地通行证或者港澳同胞回乡证;

　　2.香港居民身份证；

　　3.经香港委托公证人公证的本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的声明。

　　 澳门居民：

　　1.本人有效的港澳居民来往内地通行证或者港澳同胞回乡证；

　　2.澳门居民身份证；

　　3.经澳门公证机构公证的本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的声明。

　　台湾居民：

　　1.本人有效的台湾居民来往大陆通行证或者其他有效旅行证件；

　　2.本人在台湾地区居住的有效身份证；

　　3.经台湾公证机构公证的本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的声明。

　　华侨：

　　1.本人的有效护照；

　　2.居住国公证机构或者有权机关出具的、经中华人民共和国驻该国使（领）馆认证的本人无配偶以及对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的证明，或者中华人民共和国驻该国使（领）馆出具的本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血系和三代以内旁系血亲关系的证明。

　　与中国无外交关系的国家出具的有关证明，应当经与该国及中国均有外交关系的第三国驻该国使（领）馆和中国驻第三国使（领）馆认证，或者经第三国驻华使（领）馆认证。

　　Overseas Chinese：

　　1. valid passport of the applicant;

　　2.certificate issued by a notary organization or the competent authority of the applicant’s country of residence and notarized by the Chinese embassy (consulate) in that country, or directly issued by the Chinese embassy (consulate) in that country, proving that the applicant does not have a spouse and is not a lineal relative by blood or collateral relative by blood within three generations of the other party to the marriage.

　　If such certificates are issued by a country of no diplomatic ties with China, they shall be certified by the embassy (consulate) of a third country (having diplomatic ties with both China and that country) in that country as well as the Chinese embassy (consulate) in such third country, or certified by the embassy (consulate) of such third country in China.

　　外国人：

　　1.本人的有效护照或者其他有效的国际旅行证件；

　　2.所在国公证机构或者有权机关出具的、经中华人民共和国驻该国使（领）馆认证或者该国驻华使（领）馆认证的本人无配偶的证明，或者所在国驻华使（领）馆出具的本人无配偶的证明。

　　与中国无外交关系的国家出具的有关证明，应当经与该国及中国均有外交关系的第三国驻该国使（领）馆和中国驻第三国使（领）馆认证，或者经第三国驻华使（领）馆认证。

　　Foreigners：

　　1. valid passport or other international travel documents of the applicant;

　　2.single status certificate of the applicant issued by a notary organization or competent authority of the country of the applicant and notarized by the Chinese embassy (consulate) in that country, or directly issued by the embassy (consulate) of the country of the applicant in China.

　　If such certificates are issued by a country of no diplomatic ties with China, they shall be certified by the embassy (consulate) of a third country (having diplomatic ties with both China and that country) in that country as well as the Chinese embassy (consulate) in such third country, or certified by the embassy (consulate) of such third country in China.

　　注：

　　香港、澳门、台湾地区及国外的无配偶证明，自公证或者认证之日起半年内有效，且所有外文证明材料(包括单身证明内所有外文印章)需到官方翻译机构翻译成中文。

　　Declaration or certificate of no spouse from Hong Kong, Macao,Taiwan, and foreign countries shall be valid for six monthssince the date of issuance or authentication. All certificates and documents in a foreign language (including all foreign language seals in thesingle certificate)must be translated into Chinese by an official translation center.

　　我登记处认可的官方翻译机构为：中国驻外国使领馆、当事人所在国驻华使领馆、东莞市公证处、东莞市科学技术协会事业发展中心（原东莞市翻译服务中心）。
